Q. Can I exchange for a different size?
Of course. We offer free size exchanges within 7 days. If your size isn’t available, you can choose another Kore or request a refund.

Q. How do I request a return or exchange?
Visit the Returns/Exchanges section on our website, enter your order details, and follow the simple steps. We’ll arrange a pickup so the process stays effortless for you.

Q. How long does it take to receive the refund?
The product is picked up within 24-48 hours. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Not at the moment. Every Kore is designed around an identity — Rebel, Explorer, Dreamer, and more. Each release is thoughtfully crafted as a complete story, made to feel personal without needing customisation.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. Global shipping is on our roadmap, and when it happens, we’ll make sure the world can step into Kore.
