Ownership and Operation

The website is owned and operated by KORE, which reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website or products displayed on the website at any time, including but not limited to content and hours of availability. All information on the site, including graphics, animations, videos, and trademarks, is owned by KORE and requires written permission for use.

Use of the Website for Purchase of Goods

KORE engages payment aggregator/gateway (“PA/PG”) services for processing of any payments made by the customer for purchase of KORE’s products. Therefore, the payment options that are available are those made available by the concerned PA/PG, including UPI, debit card and credit card options.

Sufficient security systems are maintained by the PA/PG for transmission of KORE’s transactions, consisting of encryption and other related technologies that are understood to provide adequate security for transmission of such information over the internet.

On a purchase being made by the customer, once the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account, payment confirmation shall be facilitated by KORE from the concerned PA/PG.

In case of non-receipt of payment confirmation or if there is any disruption that leads to non-recognition of the payment after the same is debited from your bank account, you can notify KORE of such failure, and we will immediately intimate the PA/PG. In such cases, if the issue is not resolved or is incapable of being resolved by the PA/PG, the amount will be auto refunded within 48 hours for UPI transactions or within 5–7 working days for debit and credit card transactions.

All persons agree not to modify or copy any of the company’s trademarks or logos and agree not to modify or exploit KORE’s content in any way. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.

KORE reserves the right to monitor its website and ensure compliance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulations.
