The website is owned and operated by KORE, which reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website at any time, including but not limited to content and hours of availability. All information on the site, including graphics, animations, videos, and trademarks, is owned by KORE and requires written permission for use. 

Use of the Website for purchase of goods

KORE engages payment aggregator/gateway (“PA/PG”) services for processing of any payments made by the customer for purchase of KORE’s products. Therefore he payment options that are available are those made available to you by the concerned PA/PG, those being-UPI, debit card and credit card options.

Sufficient security systems are maintained by the PA/PG for transmission of KORE’s Transactions, consisting of encryption and other related technologies that are understood to provide adequate security for the transmission of such information over the internet.

On a purchase being made by the Customer, once the cost is debited from the customer’s bank accounts, payment confirmation shall be facilitated by KORE from the concerned PA/PG. In case of non-receipt of payment confirmation or if there is any disruption that leads to non-recognition of the payment after the same is debited from your bank account, you can notify KORE of such failure, and we will immediately intimate the PA/PG. In such cases, if the issue is not resolved or is incapable of being resolved by the PA/ PG the amount will be auto refunded within 48 hours for UPI transactions or within 5-7 working days for Debit and Credit card transactions.

This website contains many trademarks, copyrights and logos, which remain the property of KORE, and Customers acknowledge the ownership of these marks and agree not to modify or exploit them. All rights are reserved, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

KORE reserves the right to monitor the website to ensure compliance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk. Final Provisions
