Domestic Shipping & Charges
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected pin codes and may attract an additional convenience fee, which will be displayed during checkout.
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping services will be introduced soon.
Tax & Duties
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes as per Indian regulations.
No additional taxes or duties will be charged for deliveries within India.
In the rare event of any location-specific delivery surcharge by our logistics partners, customers will be informed before dispatch.

Processing & Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines:

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During major sale events, product launches, or festive periods, deliveries may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the dispatch notification.
If you do not receive tracking details within the stated processing period, please contact our support team.
Receiving Your Order
To help us resolve any delivery-related concerns quickly, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.
In case you receive:

Please record a clear unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence.
Claims raised without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.
If the outer package appears significantly damaged or opened before delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and immediately notifying our support team.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
