• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

• If your size isn’t available, you can select a different Kore or request a refund.

• Within 24-48 hours of your request, we’ll arrange for a pickup from your registered address. Once your Kore passes our quality check, a brand new Kore will be dispatched for delivery.
