Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your Kore. All refunds are processed digitally.

The pair must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Size not right? Don't worry, we offer free size exchanges within 7 days.

If your size isn't available, you can select a different Kore or request a refund.

Within 24–48 hours of your request, we'll arrange for a pickup from your registered address.

Once your Kore passes our quality check, a brand new Kore will be dispatched for delivery.

Returns

If you'd like to return your order, click on the link below and request for a return.

We'll arrange for a pickup from your registered address.

Once your Kore passes our quality check, your refund will be processed back to you digitally within 7 business days.
